Payments are processed through Stripe. When you pay through a Stripe-hosted checkout page, Stripe collects and processes payment information. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers on our own systems.

We may also collect basic technical information, such as device type, browser type, approximate location, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps, especially if analytics, security, hosting, or email-delivery tools are enabled.

How We Use Information

We use information to process orders, deliver digital reports, send receipts and product updates, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about related products or services when allowed by law.

Product Delivery and Updates

We use your contact information to deliver purchased files, support your access, and send revised versions that are included in the applicable update window. Individual provider briefs include access to revised versions released within 3 months of purchase. The master report and complete library include access to revised versions released within 6 months of purchase.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including payment processing, digital fulfillment, hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, accounting, and legal services. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to respond to lawful requests, or in connection with a business transfer.

International Visitors and Translations

Our reports may be offered in multiple languages. If you access the site or buy a product from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate. Translated versions of this policy may be provided for convenience. Unless a localized policy is legally required and expressly says otherwise, the English version controls.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for order records, delivery, support, updates, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and business operations. We may keep limited records after an account or request is closed when necessary for those purposes.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with your purchase, subject to legal, security, anti-fraud, accounting, and operational limits. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages, but we may still send transactional messages about purchases, delivery, updates, support, or policy changes.

Children

Our products are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
