Update Policy

This policy explains what product updates are included with AI Brain Transplant digital report purchases.

Update Windows

Individual provider briefs include access to revised versions of the purchased brief that we release within 3 months after the purchase date.

The master landscape report includes access to revised versions of the purchased master report that we release within 6 months after the purchase date.

The complete library includes access to revised versions of the purchased master report and included provider briefs that we release within 6 months after the purchase date.

What Counts as an Update

An update is a revised version of the purchased report or library that we publish during your update window. Updates may address material provider-policy changes, product-scope changes, corrected errors, improved citations, additional context, or editorial revisions.

What Is Not Included

Unless the product page or checkout page says otherwise, update access does not include custom consulting, legal review, individual advice, new products outside the purchased product line, future annual editions released after the update window, live alerts, continuous monitoring, one-on-one briefings, or translations not listed as included at checkout.

No Guaranteed Change Schedule

AI provider policies and product terms can change quickly, but they do not change on a predictable schedule. Your update window gives you access to revised versions we release during that period. It does not guarantee that a specific provider will change, that every minor change will be reflected, or that a new edition will be issued during the window.

How Updates Are Delivered

Updates may be delivered by email, download link, customer portal, or another method we reasonably choose. You are responsible for keeping a working email address available for update notices and support.

After the Update Window Ends

After your update window ends, you keep the license to use the versions you purchased and received, subject to the Terms. Later editions may require a new purchase unless we choose to provide them as a courtesy or offer a separate upgrade.

Corrections

We may correct errors at any time. If we identify a material correction affecting a report you purchased, we may send a corrected file or notice even outside the standard update window, but this policy does not require us to provide indefinite update access.
